As we approach the end of 2024, it’s a moment to reflect on our achievements and express gratitude to those who have contributed to our success at Sub-Drill. This year has been remarkable, filled with significant milestones and opportunities for growth.
Just 12 months ago, we proudly celebrated our UK Patent award for our innovative Sub-X™ subsea ring gasket technology. This year, we marked a significant milestone with the successful PR2-F Qualification of a full metal-to-metal 20,000 psi Sub-X™-20K subsea gasket. Designed to withstand the most extreme high pressure and temperature conditions in the deep oceans, our qualified 20K Sub-X™ Gasket is set to play a vital role in the next generation of Blowout Preventers (BOPs), wellheads, and production systems. This achievement not only represents a pivotal moment in our development journey but underscores our commitment to pioneering subsea solutions.
Our product offerings have seen increased demand this year, particularly our DSV™ Test Stand, which is extensively utilised on drilling rigs, vessels, platforms, and test facilities. The introduction of our Dual Angled Flanged Side Entry Sub and range of Flanged Side Entry Subs both with 'replaceable side outlet or outlet's' have also seen increased interest and sales across the globe. These tools offer a cost-effective and efficient alternative for Rig Operators, reinforcing our goal of providing innovative solutions that deliver real value.
Continued investment in our manufacturing facility has expanded our production capabilities, including an additional silver plating line in our coating plant and enhanced valve shop repair and pressure test facilities, enabling Sub-drill to significantly boost its production capacity. This strategic investment has not only proven successful in 2024 but positions us for sustained growth in the years to come.
We sponsored the P7 netball team at Westhill Primary School, generating excitement as the team prepares for the 2025 season with brand new kits that foster community pride and support for youth sports and community involvement. The sponsorship was unveiled during an energising assembly attended by the players, staff, and Sub-drill representatives, including Managing Director Mark Paton and Financial Director Lydia Moran.
As we close out this year, we express our heartfelt gratitude to our supportive suppliers and loyal customers. Your trust and collaboration are invaluable to us, and we look forward to achieving continued success together in the coming year. Their ongoing commitment to quality and efficiency enhances our ability to effectively meet the demands of our clients.
Looking ahead, we are excited about the prospects for 2025, as we prepare to celebrate our 33rd year in business. Our commitment to continual growth, development, and innovation remains unwavering.
